1. Siapkan 350 gr chicken brusts fillet.
2. Siapkan 5 tbsp sweetsoya sauce.

Cara memasak Chicken with sweet soya sauce and butter rice :

1. 1. Fry the onion in the heated oil until half transparent and then add garlic until smell good..
2. Add sweet soya sauce, oyster sauce, water, ginger, salt and black papper and then stir until it blend well..
3. Put the chicken brusts and steam it in middle heat for 20 minutes.
4. Prepare for rice while we waiting for chicken. Boil water with salt and oil, wait until it boiled and then add rice, cook about 10 minutes. Make sure you stir it couple of times during cooking. Once your rice is ready drain in a colander and give a quick rinse with cold water. Add a little oil to your pot and put the half cooked rice and steam it around 10 minutes..
5. After 20 minutes, give your chicken low heat and add chopped chives and paprika, stir and leave it for 5 minutes..
6. When your rice is ready add butter, and chopped parsley..
7. Serving the rice and chicken in a plate and it ready to serve!.
8. Note: if you can't find sweet soya sauce, you just need to mix soya sauce with honey with ratio 1tbsp:1tbsp.
